Program
Equicoaching® is a unique methodology focused on experience. With or without the horse and in combination of diverse coaching abilities you will learn to seek an efficient roadmap to life.

You will learn, among other:

• rise awareness to participants (coachees) of their work and learning goals
• let participants take initiative
• find responsibility with the participant
• create confidence
• find a connection between de exercises and the real world
• let the participant find the success instead of directing them to your success
• observe, confront, reflect, etc..

For who?
Letting people grow is your goal, in a professional or personal way. Experience with horses is a benefit but not necessary.  

The amount of participants is restricted to 8.

Structure

• 12 days of training ending with the certification
• intermediate homework
• practice groups between the different modules
• tutorial: depending on your needs and depending on the evolution and integration
